Total Impotence

Yes. Even I, a reality-based person, have a fantasy.
I want to become 100% completely impotent. I'm not talking about the type you get with just castration, where for the most part you can't get hard, but with enough time and effort you can usually get at least semi-hard.
So castration alone does not seem to do it for most.
What I am referring to is absolutely no function whatsover - no matter how hard and long you work it, it doesn't grow at all.
I understand there are certain procedures that could be performed to accomplish this goal. Apparently if certain nerves are cut, you would be 100% impotent forever. Not sure about the details of this procedure, but I am sure the likelihood of getting a doctor to do it would be nil. Maybe ORR would do it when they were around. And of course, removal of all erectile tissue in the penis would definitely accomplish this goal, but the same problem with getting someone to do it applies.
So I wonder if at least the former procedure (cutting or somehow killing the nerves) could be done yourself. Is there something you could do to eliminate any and all erectile function 100%?
And there are probably non-surgical options like certain medications, but they probably do not give you 100% impotence, just severe ED at best. SSRIs would not do it for me because all I get from them are delayed ejaculation.
Now, there is something with a medication that I thought could possibly be done. Apparently ED meds, the older injectable form in particular, have the potential to cause priaprism. One effect of untreated priaprism is permanent loss of all erectile function. I wonder if you could OD on this medication in an attempt to induce a priaprism, and then simply do not go for treatment until it is too late. My concern is that the erection is supposed to be painful as well as persistent, and I wonder whether the pain would be too much to stand for a long period. My other concern is that if left untreated for too long, you can apparently lose the penis itself as well as function.
Obviously this is mostly for me to keep in the fantasy realm, but some nice thoughts nonetheless.
