I wonder what diners expect from this cuisine. I've never heard it said that these parts were especially tasty or nutritious. Were the customers EA regulars, one might understand. I expect it's a superstitious belief among the male customers that eating animal penises and testicles will act as a tonic for their virility. Among the female customers (one wonders how many there are), it might be an erotic thrill, or perhaps covert hostility or power lust.
