I give it an enthusiastic thumbs up. I used it, it worked fine for me. The "side effects" were almost non-existant for me, I was not on it for long, just four wonderful months. I get a shot every three weeks. I don't get erect at all but can manage a small ejaculation every 5 days or so. I still look at porn but it is more objectively than to entice a sexual reaction.
