Re: what is your favorite food
Yes, it's unhealthy. Yes, you can make professional (or even some amateur) chefs cry by making it in front of them. Yes, it's the anti-cuisine.
Tuna noodle casserole.
1 box mac & cheese
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
optional:
handful or two of grated cheese (cheddar, say)
crushed potato chips to top (salt & vinegar work well)
Also known as: Bachelor delight, bachelor surprise
For some reason, it's my favourite comfort food.

Re: what is your favorite food
Well in truth, I rarely eat my favorite foodsLouisiana
oysters on the half shell, braised asparagus, and raspberries.
I do frequently eat broccoli, which asparagus replaced on my favorite list about a decade ago. Blueberries are good as are blackberries. No lecture about not combining posts.
Different notion in this one.

Anything and everything but my favorite is breakfast, get the bacon going while you start mixing up the batter for biscuits, then when the biscuits go in the oven you start with the milk gravy from the drippings from the bacon, you top it all with 3 or 4 eggs over add salt and pepper and mmmmmmmmmmm.
I also like Salmon when you marinate it for a couple hours before baking, My own dressing for stuffing a turkey, candy yams, pies, cakes and cookies, oh yes, and pancakes.
Most I like meals that from start to finish only take about 30 minutes prep time.
Good cooks are not born, they practice over and over until its right.

Re: what is your favorite food
Well my favorite foods are baked custard and baked lasagna.
I am of Italian decent, so just about anything in Southern Italian cuisine will do even calamari. When I was stationed in Korea, I got to like bulgogee. It is Korean barbeque beef. This is not to be confused with kaygogee which is dog meat.
