How about a story about a young cowboy who lived at home on his family ranch. He is small for his age, almost a man, because of a childhood illness that almost killed him. Because of his small stature he is not very good at ranch chores. The only thing he thinks he can do really well is handle a six gun. After giving up on ranch life, he packs a few belonging and heads for the nearest town. He falls in with a gang of bad men and participates in a stagecoach robbery. The gang celebrates their good fortune, the stage had both a strongbox full of money and a case of samples carried by a whiskey salesmen. The young boy had no experience with alcohol and falls ill after a few drinks. He become the butt of jokes as the other gang member continue to get drunk. Soon the jokes turn to his small size and perceived feminine features. It turns ugly as the gang decides to take the boys share of the loot. They beat and repeatedly rape the boy finally castrating him and leaving him naked and bleeding on the trail to die. Instead an old Mexican man out searching for fire wood in his wagon discovers and saves the boy. The Old man owns a small Cantina where the boy recovers. The only clothes available for the boy are from a long departed saloon girl. The boy feels the need to repay the old man and starts waiting tables to pay for his keep. Soon he finds he is the most popular Girl at the Cantina and can earn real money for her sexual favors. As time passes the members of the gang come one by one to the Cantina seeking out the now infamous bar girl. The young cowboy / bar girl uses the opportunity to take special revenge on each of them.
