Along with estradriol and spiro, I am currently taken finisateride 2.5mg per day as advised by my gender practioner. I noticed, however the Transgendercare website recommends 5mg per day as this is apparently more effective for feminization.
What are your experiences on this issue?

5mg is the recommended therapeutic dosage which results in 70% suppression of DHT. Additional suppression dosage is logarithmic in scale. Higher than recommended dosages may cause hepatic instability, but at 5mg this is one of the safest DHT suppression regimens available.
