That a fraternity of eunuchs would form to be able to supervise and create other eunuchs. It will probably never happen in my lifetime, but one can dream I suppose. Although for me, I think my ultimate fantasy would be to be made nullo by either a women or a transgendered person while others watched. That would be a rush!

As much as being a eunuch was absolutely right for me I would not want to be responsible for making someone else a eunuch. I do not know how others feel about making it a physical reality for someone but I know there is already a fraternity that will educate and support others wanting to be eunuchs.

I think that something like this exists in India. I think the fraternity is large enough that they are politically active in some cities. Probably not what you had in mind, though...

I don't know much about this link and can't verify anything, but I have seen the Indian eunuchs mentioned in the news from time to time over the years - sometimes with a description of the castration ritual that some of them practice.
