Trying to find old story

I read a story on here a long while back that I'm having a hard time finding. It involved a guy that was into self bondage. He had applied an elastrator band and then put himself into a self bondage setup. The self bondage setup had gone wrong and he ended up castrated. It was a great story, but I can't for the life of me find it again...

Any ideas?
