i'm jesper born on 7-7-1985. living in belgium. In februari last year i had a terrible accident when a friend of mine and i drove over a dust road on a moped. a tracktor didn't see us and hit us. my friend was heavy injured on his chest and the wagon behind the tracktor drove over my right leg and stoped between my legs on my privates. I was transported to the hospital (i don't remenber that)

there my penis was oke but my foreskins was half ripped of so i was circumsized. my scrotum was thorn in two and my balls where crushed. so i was castrated also. Now i'm ball less. i had the opportunaty to place in two medium sized protheses. But they where almost half the size i had. And they where filled with liquid silicone. I didn't like that. So now i'm searching for a person that could place two big balls into my scrotum. i was allways a lowhanger so loads of space. Hope i find someone nearby who can do. I did read about neuticles and like that. big danish-dog balls are oke for me. but how and where can i let those get places.

Dr. Alter, the surgeon that castrated me likes the AART brand. They are solid so there is no chance of leaking. I don't know where you would get them where you live, but I would think a urologist or a plastic surgeon would be a good place to try. Since some doctors think the AART's are cosmetic, your best bet would be a plastic surgeon. Good luck.

I am very sorry to hear of your involuntary castration. It is rare, but you are certainly not the only person here who has suffered it.

Your doctor ought to be able to find replacement prostheses in both solid and silicon-filled varieties. Some of the members here should have experiences with both and will probably provide information for you over the next few days as they find your request.

about the hormones i don't have problems. i take suplements for that. So that will be fine. But i did go to the sauna an fkk beaches before the accident. But not any more. I don;t like the attention some visitors give me becouse i'm catrated. So i hope to find someone i can trust and knows what he is doing that can fix me up with those implants.

Anything out of the ordinary about your genitals will get you stared at.

I had a friend whose pubic hair is so bright red that it looked like he dyed it (but it is naturaly that way). Big penises, or super small penises definitely will attract unwanted attention. If most of your scrotum is intact, the lack of balls shouldn't be such a problem, but if you have large unsightly scars in the area... then that would attract interest. Go with the implants if that will help.

If someone stares at your genitals, walk right up to them and suggest that they take a photograph. Stops them dead.

Maybe look for someone on BME who does those steel implant thingies? Balls of steel has a nice ring to it.

There are very few things the body will tolerate. Silicone, Glass, Stainless steel (I think?) and maybe a few others.
