Have you checked out Harry Potter and the Knife of Klingsor, by Paolo? Awesome story! And he writes one fuck of a lot better than JKR.

Yes. I have read it and recommended it to others. I think it is the best story on the archive even though it has quite a few continuity errors.

Hear that Paolo? When do we get out the light sabres...? Better yet, write to him about them! And tell him what a great Evil Overlord he is, and what a fantastic writer he is, and that the Sister is waiting patiently for more!

Stories involving time travel seldom hold up to close scrutiny, and since it's already posted, there's nothing that can be done with it. I appreciate the feedback on it, though.

That's why you beta-readers of my "real thing" novels are so important.

I was having fun with this story until other things got in the way. It's the only story I started and never finished. I'd like to finish it, if for no other reason than to see how it comes out myself; but it would be a major project; and I'm so busy doing other things.

I have started another story for the Archive that has expanded way beyond what I intended it to be. It was going to be a quick one-off, stand-alone, San Carlos Island story, not a Sander story -- he's not even mentioned in the story -- but it's looking more like a novella now. It's about a boy that gets recruited for the Island.

It's a two part story. First the kid has to adjust to being a San Carlos Island boy -- and all that entails -- then he leaves the Island after his contract is up and has to fit into a society where boys have boy parts, while he doesn't.

i kind of hoped breaking the boy would have another part coming out soon
