i have been in contact with another male whom also wnats to be castrated (deballed) but we are bioth at aloss as to how one searches out real info for say a clinic or trained person who has the nessasry to carry out this op on one of us Hopefully both later). and costs etc. also we need repercusions inof ie lack of teserone gives=? bone problems etc? any help is appreciated. thansk.

Always start with your doctor. Some doctors are very close-minded about these things, but a good one will take you seriously.

Doctors are becoming increasingly aware of body-dysmorphic disorders -- which range from certain incarnations of anorexia to transexualism to the need to have certain body parts removed. There was a lady in England who had a form of body dysmorphic disorder that caused her have a deep psychological need to be rid of her legs -- and she was eventually able to have it done properly in a hospital by a qualified surgeon. Apparently she was absolutely thrilled with the results. Voluntary orchiectomy is rather trivial by comparison, and not nearly as rare as some people might think.

I had a small cut the other day. I was sorting papers here in the nude and some fell in my lap...damn, papercuts on the fingers are bad enough...

Body dymorphic disorder has NOTHING to do with anorexia (it actually says this on the diagnosis sheet) or transexualism!

SURGERY FOR PEOPLE WITH BDD MOST TIMES HAS NO EFFECT, bdd is about imagined flaws or exagerated distortion of someones image. It ususally affects the face...

Again, it has nothing to do with transexualism, eating disorders or the desire to become a eunuch etc..

I will post diagnosis details soon..

Sorry, the term I meant was "body dysphoria". Body dysmorphic disorder does fall within the body dysphoria class of conditions, like anorexia (and some other eating disorders), transexualism, and others.
