I've been trying to get my schedule organized for a long time to be able to make the important appointment with Pratunam Poly Clinic to become "cut" by Dr Thep, but could not be sure when I could positively arrive in Bangkok for the appointment time.

However took the bull by the horns & sent a email to Dr Thep asking for the morning appointment for wednesday 29th. may; & he replied saying for me to arrive after lunch as tied up in the morning, so with my kathoey friend as my guide arrived at the clinic before 1PM to find the good doctor waiting for me.

After a brief discussion about the operation etc he asked me to sign the consent letter hand written on a scrap of paper (really layed back friendly approuch), then my friend paid him the USD100 fee (5,000 baht) & he asked me to go up to the surgery with his head nurse to find 4 more attractive efficient nurses waiting for me, who striped me naked quickly & gave me the sarong (wrap around cloth) to wear & put me in position on the operating table, strapped my arms to the extensions & legs over the sturrups in about 3minutes; (then to late to change my mind as they really took over); & had only just inserted the needle into my arm ready to administer the general anesthetic when Dr Thep arrived up & within 2 minutes of injection was "out cold"; & woke up in about one hour laying on the stretcher as the new eunuch. After I had got over the anesthetic the attending nurse took me down stairs where Dr Thep was in the reception & asked me "everything okay & told me to come back on this coming Saturday to check everything out then again on next Monday to remove the stitches then left; & we said thaks to his nurses in the reception then took the cab back to the hotel about 15 minutes away; the complete excercise of traveling back & forth with operation took 2 1/2 hours & very efficient, effective as now the real eunuch; not much pain & able to walk about immeiately after & able to go to Nana Plaza for the evening but no beer for 3 days he said & I recommend anyone who is serious to be cut to come to Thailand & visit Dr Thep who charges the same fee for Thais & forangs (westerners); & should anyone need assistance with information on hotels to stay contact phone numbers & email address just send me the email to :beaulindsay@yahoo.com or on the message board of Eunuch Archives & I'l do my best to get any information you need or put you in touch with Dr. Thep at Pratunam Poly Clinc direct, where anything from castration to complete sex change is possible.
