There is one in the US, one in europe, and several in Thailand. beyond that you'll have to investigate. Meanwhile, suggest you use the seach function here. You will find LOTS of information you are seeking.

O.R.R. Operating Room in Belgium or yes, Dr. Kimmel in Philadelphia. It's actually a nice place in a good area that's easy to get too.

It is an actual surgery, and they will also accomodate your "scene" or fetishistic needs.

Thanks Kristoff, I checked out the site and it is quite difficult to tell what they REALLY do. There have been a lot of posts over the years about the work of Dr Kimmel but I dont recall reading any feedback on O.R.R. If anyone has any experience they would want to share I am sure it would be a help to some people here. Maybe in a new thread so it is easy to find for those searching fot info.

If I recall correctly, at least one member has said that they have undergone a procedure there.

The problem with ORR, in my mind, is that it apparently was established by a Domina with medical expertise and the whole ethos is geared towards Female domination. That is perfectly suitable for some people, but I do not know if they are prepared to accommodate those who are not involved in that sort of scene.
