the operation, provided its carried out by an expert surgeon, gives somthing very realisitc and approximate to female genitalia.

on the genitalia side of things, male-to-female transsexuals have certain advantages over female-to-male transsexuals because:

1 - female genitalia vary so widely from person to person anyway

2- the genitalia are not as outwardly prominent as male genitalia and what's there tends to be hidden by pubic hair

note however that it would be difficult for a fantacist to obtain the operation - however, I 'd be very inerested to know if anyone is aware of anyone who has had the operation yet continued to live in a male role or partial male role (for working purposes etc)

What I have is not a wound between my legs. My labia are as real as any other woman's. If the surgery is done by one of the better SRS doctors, you may have a vulva that is indistinguishable from a genetic woman's. Plus, my particular procedure gave me not only a sensate clitoris, but also erogenous inner labia.

In my opinion, it is the same. I am hardly different from the next gal.
