This could be good or bad,,television is an odd duck,,and I find it interersting that they always choose people from well to do families ( ie not struggling ).
CBC had a thing on this topic back in 02 and It was done very down to earth.

That tends to be the CBC though. I'm not sure when the last time was they went all sensationalistic on a story.
