I was wondering if anyone knew anything on how to numb my testicles. Is there a cream or something I could numb them with? I had a bit of a look in that body modifcation site but not sure if i can order stuff from there as I am in australia.

Creams for numbing only work on the surface skin.

The only other thing I could think of would be packing your sac in ice.

very true matey! I tried the injection for the first time last night - very hot results too! basically, I 'steamed' my baggie with hot towels/flannels (a la tanglog) to soften up the scrotal skin, which makes it far easier for the needle to go thru. Then it was just a case of getting the dose right...

I used a 5ml syringe, a 0.17gauge needle and Lidocaine 2% and well... the only thing I can say is that when you're sticking the needle in your balls it hurts like holy hell!!! actually, that's an exaggeration, it feels kinda like a severe ache, but only as the needle is piercing the scrotal layers/tunica (inner sac) of the testicle itself... then, when you actually pierce the testicle there's virtually no resistance to the needle - slides in very smoothly.

I injected about 2.5ml per testicle, which made each ball swell rock hard, while not being too uncomfortable, while noticeably increasing the size/weight of my balls. The overall effect came on very quickly, and my balls were numb inside 3 - 5 mins ; this numbness lasted for about 45mins/1hr

Well that's about it really... obviously this is only my personal experience of my 'first time' and to be totally honest, my heart was pounding so hard at the time it's a wonder that I didn't wake my neighbours!! Of course, now that i've tried it out, i'll definitely be doing it again!

so if anyone else is going to give this a go, all I can say is research it thoroughly beforehand, be safe and have fun... oh, and make sure you've got a phone nearby... just in case...

Ouch! Try injecting a lesser amount into the cords above your scrotum on each side first. After the cords are numb, injecting the balls will be easy and painless. I do think you are injecting too much at one time. When I had my vasectomy, that was how it was done.

Go have a vasectomy done and insist on watching. You will learn a lot.

Ouch indeed! well, more like an ache... i'm not bragging, but I think my pain threshold is higher than it used to be, plus I daresay the lidocaine helped! seriously tho, the 2.5mls was the ABSOLUTE limit - you could say I just wanted to 'push the envelope'... by the time the anaesthetic wore off the ache was not really that noticeable...

actually I gotta ask summat... If anyone else has tried this, did they notice if the fluid leaked into the scrotum afterwards or was it absorbed by the testicles themselves? I know that sounds like a really daft question, but I was puzzled that although feeling like a pair of rocks when I completed the injections, after about 1hr, the inner tension of my testicles had almost returned to normal? plus no bruising? any thoughts why my friends?

The fluid is absorbed through the testicles into the body. NOTE THIS: the pressure inside the testicles will damage and eventually destroy the delicate tubes that make up most of the inside of the testicle. The inevitable result is sterility followed by hypogonadism. They will still be hanging there but no hormones will be produced, effectively neutering you. The fluid capacity of your testicles will gradually increase if you continue. --FLO--

anyways, I gotta say crush 'em !?!?! Cut 'em off? this could have been a distinct possiblity if only for the fact it I didn't have the necessary suturing equipment... I seriously wanted to go thru with it there and then, but I guess i'm still not quite ready to part with my balls just yet - still, in the meantime i'm saving like crazy so that when the time arrives (if I haven't already done it myself) I can be castrated at the ORR in Belgium

On a little sidenote, i've found that lidocaine to the scrotum gives an almost identical feeling (without the rock hard aching balls!), which is suitably pleasant... anyone else tried this?
