Descending balls

Hi,

I am new to the forum and please disregard my question if it has already been mentioned. I noticed that balls can actually be easily shifted back to the beginning of the tunnels from which their descended. I wonder why it is not possible to shift them all the way. I guess this is not surgery but I would be very thankful for any professional explainations on that.

Regards,

Karol P.

My balls will retract out of the scrotum at times, but not go up into the abdomen. I'm afraid that I might cause a hernia if I push them in further - plus it hurts.

I was more concerned with temperature issues - keeping them out of the sack and in the lowest parts of abdomen would probably cause similar effects like fever during a flew, being lowered testosterone levels for some time. Anyway, that does not answer my question why they cannot be pushed further inward and if it has any use at all.

You could wrap your balls with some sort of insulation material to keep them at blood heat. A bit tricky but it can be done. Pushing them up inside is also possible, but you risk herniating yourself and also causing chronic pain. Unfortunately, I don't think that testosterone production is affected by high temperatures, only the sperm producing cells shut down.

One great fear for boys whose testicles do not descend at the normal time is testicular cancer. I'm on the road and away from my reference books, so I can't give details for another week. I hope someone else here will fill you in on it.

Hi there:

I have had the same fantasy but if you feel around in the inguinal area above the scrotum you will find that the cords enter through two very narrow openings in the abdominal wall. In my case these are far too small to push the ball through back to where they came from originally. I suppose that if you pushed them straight upwards you might force them through into the area between the abdomial wall and the outer fat/skin layer but I suspect that

1. They wouldn't stay put; and

2. You would find the tearing of the membrane at the top of the inguinal area a painful and maybe bruising experience if any blood vessels got involved.

Probably easier ways of hiding/removing them e.g. banding and removing the scrotum to push them up tight into the area on either side of your penis. Might try it with my bander to see the effect.

Good topic though Hope more people respond with other ideas.

Francis

as a voice of reason I must say, if this is your desire be carefull and don't do anything that you may regret later in life. especialy if it involves possibly bleeding to death.

When surgery is done in case of testicular cancer, the testicle is pulled through that inguinal opening after an abdominal incision has been made. Definitely not a DIY operation. I would suppose a competent plastic surgeon could relocate the testes this way.
