Did your nipples ever hurt?

Just curious.
I was on Androcur for 5 months, then switched to Spironolactone from February to now (2 months). I feel something brewing under my left nipple and it's become a little sore. The right nipple has some soreness too, but it's lesser. I can feel them both when I'm not touching them, which didn't happen before. If the nipples become erect, I can see a little bit of puffiness that wasn't there before.
What do you think? Could it be nipple development? (yeah!) I'm not on estrogen & progesterone, so.... do you think it could be gynecomastia development? I have a very slight amount of that but it's *barely* visible, even with close inspection.
If that were true, I find it a little unusual it would begin 7 months after starting anti-androgens, however maybe Spiro works on the body differently. I dunno.
If it were 1 nipple, I might be concerned about a tumor or something, but it's both at the same time. It's been like this for 3 days now, popped outta nowhere.

Unrelated side note: I've noticed sexual urges and acne were lower on Androcur compared to Spiro. On Spiro, my urges went back up just a little, plus a small amount of acne came back. Given that I still think I like Spiro better. Sometimes Androcur made me feel kind of hollow.
There's another curious thing about my urges too. They never went to zero, but maybe cuz my testosterone was tested at 220 something. I think it was super high before (I suffered a nasty sexual addiction). What's different is I'm *far* more attracted to men now. Before it was maybe 15% men, 85% women. It's reversed now. 85% men, 15% women. But then again, prior to last summer I had a hard time accepting that I have gay fantasies.

There's one more thing too. I wish I'd have gone on Spiro 10 years earlier. I'm not suffering from sexual obsessions anymore. And, my hairline would have been remained intact.
