I hate your link
It's probably because I use an iMac computer but, everytime I click on your link, I get dumped off the EA Boards page and my "Finder" quits, thus I have to reboot.
The other other link that does that to me is MSNBC.
No idea why.

I don't know either.
Do a web search for consumption junction, and you will find it there. Maybe you don't have the correct video player loaded?
It is all free software. That site will tell you where to download it.

Hi Mac,
I used to have the crashing problem a lot. These days its not so bad and I'm using an old Powerbook G4. I have something called Fli4Mac. It will play windows media file on my Mac. I've also had less crashing since I increased the RAM. So I think most Macs can do it if set up properly. What what are you running? Processor, Speed, Memory, OS?

I know as much about computers as Bush does about peace in Iraq but here goes: Mine is or has
Power pcG3
600 Mhz
9.2.2 operating system.
It also has an OSX system but I avoid it because it scares the hell out of me and seems too complicated.
When Ghod was handing out computer brains, I thought he said "trains" and responded with.."I have one."

Hi Mac,
I think there is a good chance part of the issue is with the 9.2.2 operating system. Apple isn't really focusing much attention on updating the old OS. So it's hard to find browsers and plugins to view much of the newer media properly. Also 9.2.2 isn't very efficient with the available RAM. So if something chunky comes down the pipe every thing come to a grinding halt.
OS X handles memory much more efficiently, by allotting it dynamically as the needed by the software at any given moment. That means you can run more programs at one time on the same amount of RAM with out crashing. For that reason OS X is much more stable than OS 9. Admittedly the first version of OS X had major bugs but OS 10.3 was super stable and now that Apple is getting ready to ship 10.5, you should be able to get 10.3 for a song.
I think the only way to really participate in the online experience is to keep up to date with your software by at least a version or two of the latest stuff. This way you wont be getting burned as an early adopter but you won't be getting left behind either.
Any way that's just my .02 as a live long die hard MAC user.
Hugggsss,
Jema
