what should I look for or check out,

everytime I go to post on the board(it only happens here), it seems after a couple minutes, everything

locks up tight, then I have to restart the computer,

I have been using my works program, word processor, then pasting, about the only way I can put anything on the board, or a PM,

Im running win 98 on a HP8570C

any ideas,

Old OS by today's standards, I guess. Maybe that is problem.

OTOH, I have had a few other folks complain about problems signing in lately, etc.

Perhaps IE may know something, or perhaps Talula....?
