Castration information required

As a straight male requiring castration I have serious questions to ask and sincerely hope I can get the information I require.
I would prefer to have a surgical procedure in a clinic but the chances are very non-existant for a straight male in the UK, I would not consider a non-clinical Orchiectomy procedure for obvious reasons
That leaves two serious contenders, Banding and Clamping, banding is considered too disfiguring, whilst obviously meeting the criteria, the damage to the scrotal area is too severe for my partner and I.
That would seem to leave only clamping; now I have a few questions regarding the Bloodless Burdizzo Type clamping.
1. Is it Bloodless?
2. How disabling is the procedure?
3. How long will it take for the testicles to die?
4. When will I lose the ability for Sexual arousal?
5. What are the dangers of infection?
6. How small will the scrotum shrink? (Average)
7. What is the average size loss in length to the penis % wise?
8. What happens to the dead testicles?
9. Would an average size & strength woman (10 stone) be able to operate the banding instrument?
10. Can anyone who has genuinely had this procedure give me any guidelines to follow?
I intend to take a course of broad-spectrum antibiotics for 3 days before the procedure and 7 days after and also take a course of anti tetanus inoculations before and after clamping.
I was also thinking of injecting a Novocain type of pain relief into the cords,
But would be unsure of how to carry this out, so I guess I would have to put up with the initial pain.
I also intend the shave the area and use an iodine type of scrub, any other safety suggestions I have missed out please feel free to chip in.
One other query if I may please, going back to banding (Callicrate Bander), if the band was left on for 12 hours only would this ensure that the loss of blood supply to the testes ensure destruction without the scrotum withering away.
Genuine replies only please guys (or gals)
