So, some of you may be interested in following how I've been doing. As you may remember from my previous posts, I had both testicles severely damaged by a dominatrix in September. My balls have atrophed since, and my testosterone and sperm counts are very low.

My urologist had me get a free testosterone test and an ultrasound. It's taken a while to get all these tests and the results. However, the free testosterone was quite low (58 pg/dl) although not quite out of "normal" range. However, it is definitely lower than expected for a 28 year old, and it means that about 90 out of 100 men have higher testosterone (including 70 year olds, obese men, men with cancer, etc.). So now my urologist has asked for a 24 hours urine testosterone check.

The ultrasound was interesting. Unfortunately it was a man performing it (in fact two men because he was in training). For you gay guys though he was a very attractive man (looked like a soap opera doctor) ... anyway, I haven't heard what my urologist thinks about the results, but my testicles were small (about 2cm), and there were many calcifications and heterogenous areas on the scan.

Anyway, if I'm lucky, she'll recommend removing them. However, I suspect she won't. But we'll see ...
