I am using some HRT (1/2 pack of androgel daily, a whole pack did not return me to where I was before I was castrated), I can get an erection and ejaculate. Some have said that there is no real change in sexual pleasure and orgasm after one becomes a eunuch, I disagree. Without my testicles, using a small amount of HRT, I do not feel my testicles pulling up, I do not feel my scrotum retracting, and my penis is not as sensitive, therefore I do not get as much pleasure from it as I once did. This could be from low testosterone, but I've used more and more "t" does not mean more pleasure or more excitement, not that I'm wanting more excitement. But for me, my eunuch condition, does not give me the same feelings I had before I was cut. Again, I seldom think sexually and I am not controlled by my sexuality, which is what I wanted. But I think everyone should understand that things will change sexually after castration, even with testosterone use. Comments?

Very interesting. So it is or isn't the T that triggers the Errection ?? If the use of TENS cuts down the "secual energy" then at what point can one say that the T has been decreased to "prepuberty or near level ?? The idea that this can happen, one can then use a TENS and get down to a practical level to keep the "effects" of a full ? castration the same .?? Just pondering this aspect - what is the "sexual energy" if not the T ?? and how "permanent" is it .. as well ..?? N3RF

for me, when they(the nutz) pulled up, that was/is among my most painful moments along with the scrotum getting tight, as for me, I dont think Im going to miss that I think, (remember just had surgery, only one out, cord and ball, but one step at a time,)I`ll bring this back up after I heal as to what I think later on,

My experience and reports from others indicates that you are correct about the aftermath of castration (or of hypogonadism) there is a subtle but definite change in sexual reaction and in orgasm. I attribute this to the loss of many substances besides Testosterone that are provided by the testicles. --FLO--

i myself do not get sexually aroused as much as before the surgery, however, when I do it seems much more intense. The feeling of the blood rush is incredible, and the orgasm is just as satisfying for me, if not more so. All the sensitivity seems to have been slightly increased.

Thus far I am more than happy with most aspect of the surgery.

I still enjoy a good orgasm. During the first few years I would be fearful that they would stop but after 9 years they are still happening for me. They can be toe curling intense at times. I of course do not have the need to have one very often. Now they are satisfying instead of a slight calming before the addiction had me worked up again. I am glad I still have orgasms.

I think each of us is different. I was castrated in large part to rid myself of testicles that were often painful and had a tendency to live far too much of their time in my inguinal canals. A leading urologist told me many years previously that my package was excessively tight due to congenital abnormality. He said the only option, apart from treating repeated infections and pain from scar tissue, was castration. I chose the alternative and thus wasn't seeking a lowered libido. I'm also ingesting about 1/2 of the recommended AndroGel dosage (2 pumps = 1/2 pkg?). As far as I can tell, I'm totally normal sexually, certainly for a man of 63 years. I orgasm almost daily, sometimes twice, either during sex with partners or by masturbation. Of course, one no longer feels his balls doing anything. It's quite a relief not to have them in the inguinal canals. I've also gone from telling lovers not to touch my balls to enjoying them fondling the area beneath my cock where they were attached. I even had a couple of rings inserted so that both lovers and myself could enjoy this whole new erogenous area.

That is good news (both for you and for me, as that was one of my worries).

any outside source of testosterone is not going to be the same as natural production.

i think you should try injections because dont convert to estrogen so much, with androgel if you use a high dose it will cause estrogen dominance wich can be the cause of your complaints on 1 pack a day.

has anyone been able to get it up without trt?

estrogen can cause decreased orgasm intensity in males.

has the majority of you not on trt been able to get it up and have an orgasm, or not at all?

I have never used testosterone rt and I have erections and dry orgasms. I have been a eunuch over 9 years now.
