I have never heard of The Daily Record, so I did not see the article. However, if the report is accurate, this is very, very scary, and even more dangerous.

As for your actual question, perhaps auction them off on eBay and see what happens.....

the daily record is a paper in glasgow scotland but goes to most uk citys

Ebay forbids the sale of body parts for obvious reasons.

I think it was the December issue of THE WEEK magazine where there was a short article on this. It is mainly in 3rd world countries, where those in debt sell off a kidney to pay their way out. Unfortunately, according to the article, there's a lot of fraud involved, or the economy is so bad that they either never get the debts paid, or are right back where they started in a matter of months.

Of course, one thing is sel.. eh, "contributing" a kidney, a lung, or donating some blood.. there's always a market for that. But, who would ever want to wear a pair of some other's bollocks? Frankly, these things are worthless. There's about a zero transplant value, and the only $/€ one could possibly hope to gain post-op, is perhaps selling them off as trophies to a notorious fetish collector of some sort. I have no idea what the current prices on the "trophy market" are, but something tells me you won't get any richer unless, of course, you would manage to obtain castration for free .. at the hands of (for example) a cutter (as I doubt that the Chinese organ crew would be interested; well, maybe if you offer a few more "treats" off your body, along the way :-\ ).
