Not a bit. Some folks use a toilet plunger. The suction cup keeps it secured to the floor, while one explores.....:-\

There is always some risk involved with this activity. Instead of using a screwdriver handle, I'd suggest you get brave and make a trip to the local sex shop and pick up a toy designed for this.

One of these is the Aneros device. You can see in that image how it fits, and what it does. (That's the image, not a sales site). It puts pressure on the prostate, forcing the fluid out of it. I've got one, and it works. You can find plenty of info about it by using Google and/or Google image search.

Some of the dangers to this activity are rectal tearing, internal bruising (if you get carried away) and of course, contamination with fecal matter. Make sure you're clean inside and out before doing this. A few low volume enemas with a small bulb type device (8-12 oz.) are good for this, repeat until the expulsion is clean. Use plenty of lubrication.

So long as you don't use something too large, or don't force it in, you should be fine. The general rule is, if it starts to hurt, you're doing something wrong.
