Such a story would most likely include (repeat) milkings, Not nessesary castration. The aliens in these clips are modeled after the infamous "greys" who did their share in abducting males & females for genetic material.

Males had their sperm milked off, and females their eggs removed.

This is no sience fiction, but has happened in reality.
