Shopping for a penectomy

I was in the local home improvement store this past weekend trying to get some gift ideas. Didn't have too much luck with that, but it wasn't a wasted trip. The first thing I saw that got my interest was a pretty simple item: a bag of cable ties. I've fantasized about using cable ties on my cock before. I figure, one quick ZIP! and I'd almost have to cut my dick off just to get the thing off. Then I wandered around a bit, thinking about what kind of tool would be best for the cutting. Some of those pocket knives looked pretty damn sharp. Perhaps a box cutter...Hmm, what about a hatchet? There was a very cute girl working at the customer service desk. I imagined gathering the items, taking them up to her, and asking if she could help me with something. When she'd ask what, I'd say, "Please cut off my cock." Of course, I didn't do that, and I didn't purchase anything either. Still, I could feel my cock starting to swell at the thought, so I got out of there, came home, and jerked off to the fantasy. Gotta tell ya, it was intense!

Perhaps he would not succeed in getting himself mutilated. Certainly the efforts of the day before had been fruitless. He knew he tended towards the idealistic. What he really wanted was for a doctor to seek him out, to the suggest the operation as if it were a surprise: "Say, I specialize in amputations. Sell you one?" Casual, breezy, but not vulgar. Detweiler could then accept tentatively, as if it were not of enormous importance to him; or maybe initially resist, ask for a prediction of the advantages thereof. "Come on," the doc would say. "What the devil."

Excerpt from Killing Time by Thomas Berger. The murderer in this story continually throughout the book tries to find a doctor to remove his penis (and tries to do it himself as well), and that passage above was him fantasizing about the ideal situation for that to happen.

heheh.. your post just reminded me of that passage. :D

Sounds like you need yourself a dominatrix with some CBT skills. I'll bet those ladies know their way around a set of cable ties...

Ever taken a look at the hose clamps? You'd think the name says it all, but the reality is so much more impressive. The worm-gear is one of engineering's little miracles. I'd imagine a creative fellow could get all kinds of fun out of one of those.

Yeah, hose clamps have crossed my mind before. They do have the advantage of being a bit easier to remove (assuming you don't lose the screwdriver ;) ). Plus, you could tighten them oh so gradually - that'd be pretty exciting. I guess I like the cable tie idea because they only go one way, and in a split second, you could really be committed to losing your cock.

There are cable ties that have a release "lever" and I like those and use one regular for holding the balls in place when I thread on a Bag for collecting leakage. No I am not for "cutting" the thing off. Regards N3RF

Hose clamp? No way -- you'd get folds of skin caught in the slots and ripped and pinched by the screw threads! OUCH! YEEK!

BTW I've tried the cable ties (on my scrotum) and they pinch very badly. Cutting them off is fairly easy with a small diagonal cutting plier. Ouch!

Go to Tractor Supply or Rural King and get a bander. $22.97 with 3 bands included. 100 extra bands are less than $3.00. Use an Exacto knife or fingernail clipper to cut them off.

Hose clamps - if you must... - use some surgical tape or a band aid where the worm screw nears the skin.

Cable ties typically have very sharp, square cut edges, easily causing the equivalent of a paper cut - those can be nasty.

Of the options, if one must play, the bander is best. DO NOT use an exacto knife - dangerous. Would recommend going to pet store, getting a toe nail clipper for dogs. Rounded face won't cut you, and is very effective at cutting the band safely.

Thanks for the tips. The slots in the hose clamps always seemed like a problem to me, too. However, there are also hose clamps out there of a different design. (Older cars, mainly imports, used them.) Instead of a worm gear, they simply used a small bolt-into-nut, that drew the ends of a stiff wire loop together. That might be worth a try, if you can find them.

Here's an idea, Stewie, go into a Home Depot or a Loewes and look at the bolt cutters. Stick a couple of them down the front of your pants, and when someone asks what they hell you're doing, tell them you're finding the best way to cut your cock off :)

I've often wondered what would happen if I went into the cookware dept. of a store, picked up a cutting board and cleaver, got my dick out, and laid it on the board. Obviously, I'd get kicked out of the store, and maybe even get arrested, but the initial reactions of bystanders would be pretty interesting, I bet :D
