Wow. Way interesting. i thought no one would bring up masturbation.
The thought had left my mind for a while, i have noticed, sense surgery my sexual desire is so very much lower at times. However, the thought of self-pleasure dose sound great. And it feelz so good to experience yourself, the tingle of your own hands touching what is meant to be shared. Ending with such an intense release.that sweet, wet release. Im sure yawl knows it feels great in a worm shower.
I understand what you mean ^^. When it hits you it hits you hard, the thought I mean. It is like a build up that the longer you put off the bigger it will be o__o;. The thoughts usually do not go away until you do it. Spiro and Depo have defenetly brought those thoughts down, it makes me happy ^^.
Usually when that thought hits me I am unable to focus on things I want to do. Sometimes I go along other times I do not but, when I do follow along at the end I just feel tired, hungry, sleepy, cold, and slightly depressed; Thats due to the other feelings mentioned. Not only that but the next day I have to deal with facial hair growning a bit more rapidly and sometimes even a bit of acne x__x.
Ok, not that im a freak or anything.
No it is okay. I do not think you are a freak nor I think anyone should because those thoughts are normal ^^ -hugs-.

When it comes to the protein, again i am a veggin, and quite thin. i myself have attempted to eat the right things. And am very strict when it comes to what i will take into my body, as long as your eating balanced meals, everything should work out. The worst that could happen is your hair falls out, your teeth weaken, and you become nothing but skin and bones, like me.
I did notice a drop in strength and immunity when I first began the veggie route. Bones seem to have thinned too so I started taking calcium and vitamind D supplements. Things are better now though i still need to work on eating better things.
On a side note I did a google search to see if I could find sites that mentioned and increase in Testosterone after having sex or masturbating. I got mixed hit some said they did not go up while others said T did go up. I seemed to have gotten more hits that state that it does though but it could be related to the words I used for the search. Testosterone increase masturbation and sex.

Masturbation is very unlikely to decrease testosterone levels. Semen is not the source of testosterone, and ejaculation will not cause testosterone levels to go down.
All other things being equal, increased sexual activity -- including masturbation -- tends to increase testosterone levels. But these levels depend upon many factors including age, time of day, overall level of physical activity, and general health. Psychological factors can cause changes in testosterone levels: levels go up in men who believe they are going to become more sexually active, levels can be affected by whether a person knows in advance that he will be test for testosterone, and so forth.
In your case, the increase in physical activity accompanying your workouts will probably have a much greater effect on your testosterone levels. If you are a young male AND working out, your testosterone level is likely to be so high that any difference masturbation (or other sexual activity) might make will be insignificant.
In much older men (over 40 years old), especially those with fewer sexual activities of other kinds, masturbation might increase testosterone levels significantly--which is not to suggest that masturbation might replace a reasonable program of physical exercise.
Although athletes were once advised to avoid sexual activities (including masturbation) *immediately* before athletic performances, studies have not found any scientific basis for this advice. So far as I know there have been no studies of the effects of abstinence *throughout* training, and probably there won't be because it would be difficult to find athletes who would agree to be abstinent for a prolonged time and no way to tell whether they really were. At any rate, nothing special about masturbation would cause it to have a bigger effect for better or worse than any other kind of sexual activity.

At your age, your testosterone levels are apt to be so high that "over-masturbating" or "under-masturbating" or any other kind is likely to make no difference at all. If anything, I think more testosterone being released would increase, rather than delay, facial hair growth. If you don't have to shave daily yet, relax. Those of us who shave once a day or more find it to be a pain.

I don't think once a day can fairly be described as "constant." At your age, I don't think masturbating will make much difference in the short run since your testosterone is at a lifetime peak. In the long run, more frequent sexual activity (including masturbation) will tend to raise rather than lower testosterone levels.

Actually is does not. When a man has sex with a woman it satisfies his sexual hunger, but raises his testosterone levels long term, which can result in an increased sex drive. However, when a man masturbates he only satisfies his hunger, his testosterone levels are not raised. We see this as evidence that a loving God designed masturbation as a "stop gap" measure for those who do not have a spouse.

Scientist in Germany (seems like all the good stuff and findings come from those guys) found that simply having an erection causes your circulating free testosterone levels to rise dramatically and significantly. On top of that having an erection will burn fat.

I did a search on google "masturbation lowers testosterone" I did not really get the related threads. They mostly spoke about injects and how T lowers with age etc.
Maybe this will help, maybe it will not. Either way I have noticed that after Masturbation [or sexual encounters, I am a virgin but you still release semen and what not when you do that, which is what happens when you masturbate] the hair on my body, specially facial hair, tends to grow more rapidly; I can feel it by rubbing my fingers about my face and you can just tell hair is growing T__T. Sometimes there also seems to be some acne show by uninvited but not all the time. Doesn't Testosterone cause facial, chest, belly, and overral body hair growth?.
Once I started taking spiro + DEPO and estrogen hair on my body would grow back much slower after I cut it. Before I started taking those drugs hair would grow back much faster. It was the opposite for the hair on my head it used to grow slower but now it grows back faster and male pattern baldness seems to have stopped ^^.
