It reminds me of how you can come up with any numbers if you look for it. Example,

Two kids driving a Jag in a Mt comunity. Sherrif stops them and puts them under arrest for grand theft auto. They go to the sharrifs station were they were brought befor the desk sargent who said, Hi Issic, come to see your dad.

(said owner of Jag) Issic said no I am being arrested for steeling it. The father a Lt in the Shariffs department was not pleased with his rookie cop and call him in for a private chat with the door shut. (I think there were talking baseball) anyway my son and Issic walked around the station then the arresting officer returned them to the Jag.

This is a true story. My point is that cops pull people over if they think you might be doing something wrong and the first target is someone who is not white, kids driving fancy cars, you get the idea.

Now here is a question for you, How can a Mexican come across the boarder and get wellfare?

Answer: a PG mother comes into the US and straight to the hospital where she has her baby, this baby is a US citizen by law. Mother claims hardship if returned to Mexico and goes on welfare. Next month her other 7 children join her.

Solution, a baby born in this country can only be classified a citizen if his mother is in the country leagelly, if not the baby will get the citizenship of the mothers home country.

Will congress do this?

Not as long as Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Ted kennedy, etc have anything to say about it.
