It would be a great mindfuck to force a guy to live with a penis that isnt his! Careful transplant surgery, it all works perfectly but he never feels at ease with it. Specially fun to give him a penis with the wrong skin colour. Or take a well hung guy's big penis away and give him a tiny little one. Or give a young guy the penis of an extremely old mans.
