I really like the idea of castration mostly for the smoothness of not having a dangly scrotum, to make it easier to 'tuck' when crossdressing, but I think I would also enjoy some of the physiological effects as well (i.e. lower sex drive, less body hair, etc...). However. I'm not sure if I'm totally ready to get rid of the proverbial family jewels.

I have a friend in Belgium and I will ask him to drop by and give me his feelings on whether it is worthwhile to go there for my castration. Much more expensive than Philly.
