I've been searching the net for this information since your post. I'd frankly never heard of Neem until now. I could only find one relevant reference and it was in a paragraph discussing birth control with Neem. It stated "Neem is taken internally by Indian Ascetics who wish to abate their sexual desire." That's all there was. --FLO--
