You might consider sexualizing and then losing other parts of your body. Eventually, you might retain only those organs necessary for life and consciousness. Until science come up with a way for me to regrow my penis, I'm keeping it. I'd love to have it gone for a month or two, though, and I love fantasizing about having it cut off. Usually, I imagine a woman doing it. I sometimes think about it while having sex. Just so you know, it won't grow back, so make darn sure this isn't fantasy. Medically you could have a urethral relocation and then have your penis sewed up inside of you. You would lose it in the sense that you wouldn't see it and you wouldn't be able to use it, even though it would be possible to get an erection.

The surgeon would snip the suspensatory ligament that holds the penis to the pubic bone and then force it down and under the pubic bone. He/she would then close the opening where the penis once protruded with a few sutures. He/she may have to free the penis from the outer skin or covering first and I'm not sure what he/she would then do with the remaining skin except excise it.

I've always been baffled by the irony of the penectomy fantasy. Most sexual fantasies would almost surely be gratifying if realized, yet this one would almost certainly be devastating. I'm sure some guys really want their cocks gone, but it's gotta be a really small percentage of guys that fantasize about it. I can't tell you why I'm aroused by the thought of my cock being cut off; I just am, but I'm sure I don't ever really want it to happen.
