Not sure if it is true, but this article says:

"Chloe, a popular contemporary adult film star, had a blunt-force trauma amputation of her external clit as a child in a playground accident. "

That seems pretty unusual that a blunt force trauma would require clit amputation. I guess she must have fallen on a beam or something.
