Just wondered if there are many castration/penectomy enthusiasts here in the UK? There seems to be a lot more interest in the US, though it may be just that Americans are more upfront about it.

Are there any organisations here that deal with this issue? Or any access to sympathetic surgeons/physicians?

There are quite a few enthusiasts in the uk, and quite a few who have achieved their desires. These days the safest route is to visit Steve at O-R-R in Antwerp, Belgium. It's only a short low-cost fight. The wait at the aerodrome will be the longest component of the whole operation.
