Just be very careful. A penectomy is much more dangerous than an orchiectomy. There are a lot more blood vessels and you could bleed to death very quickly.

There are some cutters in the South East but the ones I have heard about stick to testicles. Maybe Richard31uk has other contacts. But, whatever you do ensure that you have an emergency plan in case anything goes wrong! If possible, have a wife/Boyfriend/lover/master/mistress or whatever close at hand. If something does go wrong the 'cutter' may panic and run, so make sure that there is someone there who will look after you.

I do actually know a guy that was given a penectomy last month in the UK by a cutter who is a retired nurse what i can do is see if i can get hold of a means of contact or if i have to pass on your email i will let you know next time i talk to the guy
