Spiro losing its effects

I have been taking spiro for some time now, close to 3 mths I think.
However it seems its now losing its effects. Do we just up the dosage? Any other thing I can take to obtain a synergistic effect? I do not like erections when they are unnecessary. Main thing: How to kill the erections, reversibly.

Quit taking spiro and start taking Depo-Provera.
