Has anyone heard of anyone doing castrations in WA State?

Well, actually many cutters have been rounded up by police, some after botching operations. And that has scared some others into stopping their activities. So there are less cutters around.

There are some still around, but for obvious reasons we can't let the EA Forum be a place to advertise such illegal activity. If you are intent on finding a cutter, I suggest trying to directly contact any posters who indicate they have be castrated outside the normal medical community -- some have been recently.

Please seek a professional because the consequences of using a cutter are deadly dangerous. You might live through it, or you might not. Hash

Going to a cutter is not a smart idea. There is a chance it could be the last idea you ever have. Not trying to scare you but I have heard of some guys almost dieing. It is not worth the chance with your life.
