Lactating w/hormones

I went from 2mg to 4mg for about 2 weeks, started budding up nicely and my nipples also started growing, but I noticed they were swollen inside, rather firm.....and I'm lactating.
So I cut back down to 2mg, tempted to stop for a while but I read that stopping immediately is not good either.
Any of you TG girls experience this when you were approaching an A cup?
They are sore too, very sore to bump into anything..
Tx

There is going to be a lot of soreness as the breast grows. This can continue for months on end and is perfectly normal. However, lactating at such an early stage is not. Unless you are taking some kind of medication, herbs or on a very high dose of estrogens that induces it, I would be concerned. High prolactin levels is what makes the breast produce milk. If you are not taking any medications or herbs that cause this, I would deffinately seek the advice of a doctor. There could be an undiagnosed condition you are unaware of. A doctor can also do tests to check your prolactin levels.

to enter a lighter note into this.
You are a lucky girl. If you have a partner that has an infant you could breast feed that child.
This is one of fantasy's.
Hope you don't mind my intrusion.
But if I was undergoing hormone thearapy to become female I would want the option to lactate, that being part of the essence of being female.

Yes, becomming a woman and being able to lactate can be a rewarding experience. It's really not all that hard to induce lactation with the proper medications such as Motillium.

Hmmm, I've experienced the breast growth, (B cup), and soreness of my nipples, but not the lactation. Though I should mention that in addition to the estrogen, (injectable), I'm on Andro as well.

I have been on estrogen and spiro for about 4 months and am getting to a pretty solid a cup, I can get a bead of clear liquid from my nipples every couple hours but that is about it. Even when I reduced my doseage they would still do it but just to a lesser degree.
(BTW right now I am taking estraderm 100 and 75 spiro.)

Hi Girls,
My sissy husband Melissa has lactated in the past while on hormones. I had her on Premarin 1.25 TID and Prometrium 100mg BID along with Spiro 100mg TID. After about three months on this I add Motilium 40mg four times a day. I have her pump her breast three times a day. After about a month of pumping she is able to give me 1 to 2 ounces in the morning ( I use it in my coffee). I am not recomending this as medical advice but it works for us.

lol... if only I had someone to suckle I don't think I'd mind lactacting. I lactated once from Risperdal, I think that's what caused it.
