My Master will cut one of my testicle, only one because Master need my sperm.

Now wee will like to know have that will affect on my production of sperm, whis one is best to production of sperm, the left ore the right testicle.

And will it have some affect on my produktion of testostrone only cut the one testicle.

It shouldn't make any difference as long as both of your balls are healthy and working. That's why you have two, much like why you have 2 lungs, 2 kidneys, etc. HOWEVER if you remove, say, the left one as the old saying goes, and the right one isn't doing anything, then you're going to notice things changing in a few weeks - give or take a few days. Of course, you can't KNOW if the right one is good and working or not until you remove the left one! Or vice versa. Just be careful and don't end up in the ER, take the needed precautions.
