There are thousands of new movies made each year and though there have been movies about "Eunuchs" (documentaries) there has not been one in which a true "Eunuch" was the star. It would take a talented actor who is a eunuch and one who is not afraid to show himself literally, for all the world to see. Any takers? Not just porno stuff, a real movie about a man becoming a eunuch? Living as a eunuch with all the bias and stuff that he must endure. Hash

Been there done that....sort of. Several castrated men, including at least a couple participating in this forum, appeared in a UK documentary viewed by over 4 million Brits some 6 years ago. Names were changed to protect identities.

As to showing our anatomies for the world to see, I recall only one of the half dozen interviewed showed off his genitalia on screen (nice cock; no balls or sac). I understand he is usually nude in his home in any event. I don't think I'd fear that though. I frequent nude club events, beaches, etc. Last year I did the Bay to Breakers run in San Francisco nude with several hundred others amongst the 70,000 participants and before a similar number of bystanders along the route. I've participated in the Vancouver edition - 2004 and 2005 - of the World Naked Bike Ride, and I'm planning on participating tomorrow if the weather co-operates. Not a big deal. Although I don't advertize, I'm usually up front about being ballless.

I'd like to hear how he managed the stress of 'coming out' also. and how it worked out. Gays and Eunuchs (oddly) come up as subject matter when there isn't much to do every now and then. Gay subjects a LOT moreso than eunuchs, but eunuchs for whatever reason do come up during downtime at work.. and being both Gay and a Eunuch, I'd like to have the courage to offer the eunuch perceptive on the subject at hand... but I never do.

As to the speculation on how one comes out. I specified 'sort of...' That's because the group of guys interviewed for the UK documentary had specified that it not be shown in North America. The producer/director went ahead and made it anyway. I recall he had found only one Brit willing to appear on screen in the UK and couldn't make a flick with just one guy.

As to coming out at all, I've simply not found very much adverse reaction. Being gay in Canada or Vancouver is luckily something that one needs hide no longer, although some guys - and gals - still do. As to balllessness, my close friends are the only ones that know, and all are accepting - as close friends usually are. Hash's question is a valid one, would I star in something for the North American market using my own identity? Perhaps not!

As to being nude in public and risking people noticing the absence of orbs in the crotch, they usually don't, and when they do, most would no more say anything than make an observation about someone's loss of limb(s) or other disfigurement. I participated in the World Naked Bike Ride just this past weekend. About 150 men and women - 95% nude (a few were also shoeless) - rode for 2 hours through the streets of Vancouver, hitting the busiest high streets, as well as such busy tourist destinations as Gastown and Granville Island, followed by a picnic and skinny-dip at usually-textiled Jericho Beach. Everyone had a fun time, and almost every single bystander, including inconvenienced motorists, was supportive. The only exception I noted was a motorist stranded amongst the cyclists at one point was holding his hand over his eyes - too much skin for him. And as usual ...no questions, etc. about my endowment. I hardly give it a thought myself. And the freedom and joy of cycling nude through the city was certainly worth the risk of an unseemly comment from some rude person that might notice the absence of balls.

i probably wouldn't show myself that way in a movie/documentary...when i was younger, i did quite a bit of bondage modeling...almost all of it naked...i still wonder when and if those pictures will pop up.

Not that someone doing a eunuch based movie would want me anyway, as i'm still intact.
