I have noticed that a number of the eunuchs on here seem to discover a new sense of pride once they are castrated. Is this correct? I would love to hear about the sense of pride that eunuchs experience

I am always glad when I see a mention of pride on the EA. I feel a great sense of pride. Not so much in my past but in who I am today after castration. My sense of pride stems from having control over my behaviors and making good choices. I also like myself much more today. I, like a lot of the members took a big risk to be here today. I take pride in the fact I knew what was right for me and went after it. I also feel a lot of pride in my eunuch community. I have never met a better goup of people.

I think pride comes from finally being your true self. Living as you are truly meant to live.

Tugon is right we have the future, as an unspoiled page by our actions we have controled our un reasonabel impulses.

Now can really try to make a difference, when we do, this it is not unreasonable to have pride. Well done you have a great prospect before you and so do we all.

I think that for me it's the pride of figuring out who I am and what I need to be/do to be happy with who I am. I am proud that I have been a guide through both the chatroom and this forum. it is a pride in yourself and what you can do that floods off of us eunuchs to the rest of the world.

🚬 In my case it might be more like arrogance. I think eunuchs are the best people around. Think of all the "perverts" out there who can't control themselves. Sexual assaults, road rage....

Thanks for the responses... for me I hope that my castration will bring me the feeling of calm and control that you mention... Could anyone comment on the aesthetics of the castrated male.. I find it very attractive...

I strongly believe that a person should take pride in themselves whether they be Female, Male or Eunuch. In my many years as a Eunuch, I have tried to remove myself from the old stereotyped image to the confident modern day Eunuch. With the help of my very strong willed and understanding wife, I think I have done quite well.

It is quite a remarkable observation about Pride-of-Self that I have also observed in me.

Allthough I am only a "beginner" with Herbal DIY I also noted my observation of objects like trees and birds has started to impress me imensly. I have also learned and I greatly appreciate this fact that my appreciation of, attention to, connection with all the other TG's has begun in me, where nothing was there before, some kind of appreciation I suppose. This is my morning report. Completed with appreciation. Johan-in-Washington, N3RF

Tugon and Philip1 best captured my new-found pride (and happiness). In my situation, however, there is a related aspect, and that is the removal of pain from my life. I suspect some readers may react with "but those are different things", however, to me they are very much related. The key t

After-thought: maybe I shouldn't be surprised. Are we simply enlightened eunuchs, thinking and working on a higher plane, a select few?
