I have tried to update certain information in my profile, but the system won't allow me to do that. It says that I have entered an invalid birthdate. I have never entered a birthdate, and do not wish to enter a birdthdate, and the words suggest that it is optional. However, I cannot change the other (non birthdate related item) becuase of this constraint.

What should I do differently?
