I am curious as to whether a castration on me would do the desired effect. I am addicted to sex and the female figure. If I see a good looking woman I am compelled to masturbate to relieve the pressure and would like to know if castration would solve that or would it be only a frustration in not being able to cum. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Personally, your reasons are insufficient in my opinion. A majority of eunuchs, including myself, were out of control sexually. I basically abused myself, which is typical for a lot of men as I now understand it. From the posts that I've read here, most of us eunuchs had an "out of control" desire to be castrated. It was as if testosterone was poisioning us. That doesn't sound like you. It sounds to me as though you want to reduce your drive, not eliminate it, which castration does to most. You need to be very careful about getting castrated, you might greatly regret it, and even with testosterone replacement, it's not quite the same. I suggest you experiment and try chemical castration first, before you even consider the real thing. If you want to experience what it's like to be a eunuch, buy some Androcur. You can get it without a prescription, though it might cost you quite a bit. Pleassse be careful.

If you were to have the same experience I did... I had a HUGE sex drive and after getting castrated it gradually diminished to zero. If someone put the moves on me I'd be intersted, but other than that sex to me was no more interesting than watching the grass grow.

Should you progress to having it done, keep in mind that going back on Testosterone may create issues. I didn't notice the sex drive go away but I sure felt it when it came back and it scared the hell out of me. It wasn't driving me to do crazy things, I just felt incredibly uncomfortable with what was happening.

So I'd say you would likely cure your sex drive by doing it, but please take your time and weigh the pros and cons of it before going through with it.
