I was beginning to feel like Rodney Dangerfield. I would click on my EA bookmark for the archive and I would get a message, not found on server. I thought it all got destroyed by a virus. I finally got back with an old link on an old story found on google. I missed you guys. Steve

Just in case you have not read the other posts, the Archive got trashed by some trolls again.

Poor Tal has had the problem of loading each section and checking it thoroughly for corruption before allowing access.

I did not realize how much I missed the Archive. I can only congratulate whoever has been working so hard to get it "up and running" again. Lets hope it does not get hacked again, since EA does fill a vital need.

When clicking on the site, I still get "later". However, I found in google an "Index" site that starts with an alphabetical listing, just as before.

Question, if that is there, why isn't it on the site click. When will the site be back.

It is on in a limited way and you are caching the site John.

It may be, that you have found the 'index2' reference. This is normally the point at which I enter the archive, but at the moment is not operational. We just have to wait until Talula is certain that each part is thoroughly clean before we can proceed as we used to.

For the moment, it is best if you simply use the 'www.eunuch.org' url.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I have missed the Archive or how glad I am to see it back even in a temporarily limited way. I can't wait to start submitting stories again and reading some of my favorites again. I heaved a great sigh of relief when I found something other than "Page Not Found" this morning.
