A case of the dribbles

Back before the crash, I remember a thread in which a member stated that he was not happy that every time took a leak, he would dribble pee for a long time.
I seem to have the same issue. I have been on Androcur and Spiro since July 2005.
I wonder if everyone here knows why the bodily function has changed and is it commonly related to either physical or chemical castration.

I have some what the same problem. I was on androcur and later castration for over three years now and no real change. On the good side my doctor did say that it may not get any worse as I age. Most men develope this problem as they age.

All my life my pee rate has been slow and slow to get started too. Some men's flow rate seems like they could put out a fire, they pee so strongly.
I've been on Androcur a few years now and the flow rate hasn't altered but I had it checked it out with a Urologist and the flow is 'acceptable' apparently.
One thing I have noticed since being a Chemical Eunuch is that sometimes when I pee, if I'm standing up, that the pee flow splits into two or more flows and can miss the toilet pan; I've even had pee come out in a sort of spray sometimes. (Thank goodness for toilet paper!)
I think I may have a known condition called LUTS - Lower Uretha Tract Syndrome for which I think there is no antidote and I believe this pre-dates taking Androcur. I've turned 50 and I find that I frequently/mostly have to get up each night and relieve myself around 3am. It's a nuisance but I usually return to sleep soon enough. I don't dribble in underwear but it can be a different question around the toilet pan. I hope this addresses something of what you wanted to know - but I believe my issues here are lifetime issues and now age related, mainly. Off my head, without medical knowledge, I'd be inclined to say that you don't need to be too concerned about this. But don't forget that if 'the dribbles' do concern you, then a chat with your Dr. who should help and he'd send you to a Urologist if he felt it would be useful.

Eviration,
I think Philip is the one who complained of dribbles. You may also want to ask if taking DHEA(?) has improved the situation.
