I am still unable to get into the archive chat. I have tried everything that has come to mind plus some other suggestions and have not been able to get in.

I would appreciate any help. (I am using XP)( and a lot of bad words)

I'm sorry no-one else has answered your question, yet. I do believe that I have read that there may be PC software conflicts especially with Windows XP.

Maybe someone else can give you a more comprehensive reply. Meanwhile, do you have an older PC nearby that you could try using for this software. I was thinking of a Windows 98 or ME PC? Good luck, anyway.
