A Question About Ejaculate

This is indeed an odd post from me but nonetheless one that I've questioned and I don't know if I need to tell my Dr or not. (I see him often enough on questions relating to back pain and don't want to sound like a hypocondriac, so I'm asking here, first.)

I've been on painkillers and muscle relaxants for relief against chronic pain for about 11 years. I've been on Androcur since about 2001 and I was very suprised and a touch worried the other day.

I admit I was reading a very sexually charged erotic story and had read for some time when I was aware that my penis was slightly erect - nothing usually stirs it. Anyway, I wasn't sure of my reaction about it (positive/negative etc..) and I wanted to 'clear it out the way'. I used a little Baby Oil and managed to get the penis to a sort of orgasm. The question isn't kinky, it is serious.

When I "came" the ejaculate that emerged was odourless [as I would expect]

in a small quantity [ditto] but the colour of it was caramel brown

I cleared it up, zipped up and felt worried by both the event and more importantly by the ejaculate. Having been on Androcur for so long I know it has consequences, including the probable atrophying of my prostate. ( I didn't expect a tiny erection after so long, but the story was "highly charged"!!)

The ejaculate didn't come from my testes, I'm sure - they have felt dead for years now, but why was it this colour? Should I quietly forget the whole thing and hope I never feel this reaction again, or is the ejaculate colour a warning sign of something?

I'd appreciate a really experienced reply from someone with knowledge.

I don't really wish this event to occur again. I take the standard daily dose of Androcur, morning and evening. Can I ignore this event safely??

I ought to add that I had both blood and urine samples specifically regarding Androcur taken last Autumn and the Dr hasn't called me back, which he would to if he was concerned.

Sac_mec,

I am not a doctor nor do I know your medical history, but in all likelihood this is probably of little or no concern. A few years back, I experienced an episode almost exactly as you descibed yours. Due for an annual exam anyway, I made the requisite appointment and my doctor, while considering the event of little importance, referred me to a Urologist as precautionary. The urologist explained that I had the minor condition of blood in my ejaculate and that it was really a non-issue. Runners are apparently more likely to experience this when jogging with an empty bladder. The empty bladder seems to 'bounce' more and the irritation can cause slight internal bleeding. The blood then ends up in your prostate resulting in 'carmel brown' ejaculate. A 'work-around' for runners is to exercise on 'half-full' to minimize the impact internally. In my case though, this was a one-time event in spite of the fact I run on a fairly regular basis and...on 'empty'.

That was my experience. Obviously, don't wait to seek medical advice if you have concerns...even if only for peace of mind.

Hope that helps,

Almond Kid

Almond Kid thank you for your feedback and insight. The reaction from the Urologist sounds encouraging and the colour could have been some kind of blend with blood in it, that bit sounds a shade more worrying and if anyone has anything to add, I'd appreciate it.

Talking to my Dr seems the most obvious, but I have other issues to discuss with him and this seems a little inconsequential and a shade embarrasssing to recount to him.

I trust that the event doesn't re-occur and I guess reading erotic literature

can under the right stimulus arouse even 'deadened genitalia'. I shall have to refrain; it's not an area I explore greatly but there's no need to apologise.

Even Chemical and all Eunuchs are able to read about sex, sometimes; it's just usually our appetite is much lower for it than for a virile male.

I think an encouraging thing was that there was no unpleasant smell.

Thanks for your answer.

Sac_mec I wanted to share my experiences with you. I have been a non HRT surgical eunuch since 97 and I am still able to have orgasms with small amounts of ejaculate. At first I was concened about the color. Mine was usually a yellow with a slight brownish tint. Other than this happening I have never had any other problems associated with orgasm. It has also not caused problems with urination or my health. My thoughts were the muscle contractions that happen during orgasm are still trying to push something out of the penis and I thought it might be small amount of seminal fluid with residual urine. Which would explain the color I would see.

Tug-on, I very much appreciate you telling me. It puts it all in proportion and your reply and that of Almond Kid seem to make alot of sense. For a little while after this 'incident' I felt a bit sore in my penis and I guess it had quite a shock facing this suprising j/o. I had no idea that any kind of ejaculation would be possible now either for me, or you.

It is this kind of insight that makes the EA so valauable. Thank you again.

Hi Sac_Mac, I have been on Androcur for almost 6 months now, and now and then, I still have the urge for not just a little of porn (video) and also sex with other guys. I don't always get hard, but when I do and ejaculate, my cum also looks much darker yellow than before.

This remnant of my libido keeps bothering me and wonder whether I was taking too low a dose -- 50 mg/day for the past months. Seven days ago, I decided to try a short period of 200 mg. So far, not much change.

Just out of curiousity, could you share with us the dosage of your Androcur and whether you take any estrogen along with it?

I sure wish I could feel sexually calm for at least a month without any interruptions.

Hi hkeunuch and thanksfor your question. I have chosen to edit this response.

I've written privately to hkeunuch and pointed out my daily dosage, so I have answered personally. These boards are public and I know Androcur isn't licensed across the planet and as this is a global platform (so to speak) I feel I ought not to divulge here the personal dosage supplied by my Dr. who would expect me

to be confidential on this, I imagine. I hate responding by self censoring my earlier comment here but in view of the mood in some nations my reply has just gone to hkeunuch.

I felt very embarrassed starting this thread but I'm glad that I did.

Curiously I still sometimes watch some very nice Euro porn films but although they are well made and superbly cast, my penis remains utterly at peace but I don't object to well hung men as long as they remain on the screen.

Some fiction has done more to cause the slightest stir though, I wonder if I am alone in that respect? Words react where images singularly fail {happily}.

You are not alone. I find written erotic stories much more effective than video. Maybe it is because the images I create in my mind are more to my liking than the ones on the screen. I also think that I need to know something about their personality to be attracted to them. Written stories seem to depict personality better than just the visual. I would much rather read an erotic story about two men making love and their feelings for each other vs an image of just the mechanics of sex.

Sac_me,

Though you have received some great advice and many have shared their experience, do yourself a great favor and see your doctor. All I'm saying is that everyone of us is different, so even though you're probably alright, please make sure. Hash

Hash, I assume you are responding to the odd coloured ejaculate I started the thread with. That was the only time in 4 years that I read a powerful long erotic story that made any sexual response to me. It hasn't happened since, nothing has stirred me at all. I do see my Dr quite often but appointment times are sort of limited to about 6 minutes. I've had more pressing issues to cram in that short time and whilst I take your point, if I don't want to or even try to ejaculate then I won't get this odourless caramel coloured stuff will I? Probably the penis was in such shock at this attempted stimulation that some blood got mixed in the thin liquid. My penis really prefers sleep (and gets it) so I am avoiding strong horny literature now. It is the one remaining avenue that stimulates my mind and caused a penile stir. Best left to sleep, I think.

Am I sticking my head in the sands Hash? Lets face it Androcur for all this time is designed to ensure I am a chemical eunuch and that is my life.
