Can I just use medication at certain times???

I am a straight male and although I don't mind having a sex drive per se there are times when it really causes me alot of grief, just for example this past weekend I was partying and wound up laying in bed with a very good friend of mine who was a woman, it was a very nice time talking and what not except I couldn't seem to keep my "busy hands" to myself, so eventually I just decided to sleep on the floor.

I was very upset with myself that I just couldn't control my urges and also upset that I ruined what could have been a very nice night, so I was wondering is there a medication that I could take on days when I know I may be put into a similar situation that would lower my sex drive so I don't wind up doing what I did again or do I have to take the medication for several days before it will kick in? Please let me know any advice would be helpful. Thanx.

Castration drugs will not work that fast. They take weeks to reach full effect.
