I'm only at the six-month mark post-surgery (no HRT) and there's no interest in masturbation now. I've masturbated an average of once a month, partially out of mere curiosity. The last time was simply because morning missles were showing up, and it was an effort.

Sex at this point has no draw to it, and the "climax" ain't worth the effort. To that extent, I reached my goals.

Yes, I still get erections and have dry orgasms. Most erections are from manual manipulation but I sometimes have spontaneus erections. Orgasms are quite nice.

When one is on Depo-Provera it takes a LOT of effort to get just a semi-erection & vigorous masturbation to orgasm, assuming one is inclined to even continue. Is that the same sort of attitude surgery causes?

I am 3.5 months post-op and can still masturbate with much, much time and effort. I rarely do because of how difficult it is. I certainly have lost all desire to do so. When I do I am either curious or bored.
